Current Positions


HR Generalist – NSW

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing administrative assistance across all areas of HR.

Specifically, your role will focus on the following areas:

  • Coordinating HR processes across the entire employee life cycle including recruitment, on-boarding, and employee exits;
  • Actioning and resolving employee requests in relations to HR issues, rules and regulations;
  • Completing compliance and operational matters including documenting contractual changes and maintaining employee records;
  • Participating and assisting with HR Reporting; and
  • Supporting the General Manager in all Generalist HR activities where required.

You will also be the backup for payroll processing and provide support across payroll where required.

Desired attitubutes:

  • Demonstrated experience working autonomously in a HR capacity across the entire employment life cycle in a previous full-time capacity.
  • The ability to interpret awards and contracts;
  • Knowledge of the Fair Work Act;
  • Practical experience providing advisory and employee relation support across multiple areas of the business;
  • Previous payroll processing experience, ideally using MYOB AccountRight or similar;
  • Excel skills at an intermediate to advanced level;
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels; and
  • A hands on approach.

Previous experience with Employment Hero and/or Kronos will be highly regarded.

Post Settlement Coordinator | Fast Refinance| Document Recovery – NSW

These are exciting and busy full time roles, working 5 days a week Monday to Friday.

Your tasks will include;

  • Booking in settlement with the borrower’s legal representative.
  • Manage all disbursements of the loan, including calculating the fees to be retained by the lender and calculating Land Title Office & State Revenue Office fees for lodging post settlement.
  • Ensuring settlement has sufficient funds to be completed.
  • Preparing a certification for each file booked.
  • Preparing the settlement instructions & settlement packet.
  • Conducting Title Searches through InfoTrack
  • Creating and managing PEXA workspace.
  • Preparation and collation of stamping and registration instructions.
  • Preparation and collation of security packet.
  • Preparation and forwarding of post settlement letters to client and borrower.
  • Archiving.

Desired attitubutes:

  • You will be an outstanding communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks,
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines,
  • Intermediate MS office skills,
  • An acute eye for detail, and
  • A working knowledge of Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (desirable).

Mortgage Settlement Coordinator - QLD

Your experience and knowledge of Residential Mortgage Settlements and Settlement Verification will allow you to take ownership, and run your own residential property files from start to finish

Our ideal candidate will:

  • Be an outstanding communicator with a positive disposition and a flexible attitude to work tasks,
  • Possess excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work to deadlines,
  • Possess Intermediate MS office skills,
  • Have an acute eye for detail,
  • and Possess at least 2 years end to end Mortgage Settlements or Conveyancing experience within a fast-paced, high volume environment, working within strict Service Level Agreements (desirable).
